Tradewind Aviation seeks a full time Charter Sales Flight Coordinator to joins the Charter Department at its headquarters at the Waterbury Oxford Airport in Oxford, Connecticut.
Responsibilities include:
Quote and process sales leads for both on-demand charter and scheduled flights in the Tradewind fleet and outsourced aircraft
Schedule and arrange trip details
Build and maintain relationships with retail clients, brokers and agents
Night on-calls, alternating with other members of the group
Desired skills and experience:
2+ years experience at a Part 135 aircraft charter company (operator preferred)
